How do I check if my pod5 file was generated using the 4 kHz or 5 kHz sampling rate?
The sampling rate of the raw signal in the pod5 file can be found within the metadata and extracted using the pod5 view tool.
An example is shown below. ~~~ $ pod5 view --include "sample_rate" pod5_pass/FAX26355_pass_barcode02_18365609_7edc54bf_0.pod5 | uniq
sample_rate 5000 ~~~
