Which file formats does MinKNOW expect in order to run adaptive sampling?
MinKNOW requires a reference file (in FASTA format) with the genome or genomes to deplete OR enrich for and a BED file with the intervals within those genomes that shall be considered for targeting. Edge cases allow for a fasta reference only to be used, but this is not advised. Please check the Adaptive Sampling guide for more information.
