What is included in the Q-Line support package?

What is included in the Q-Line support package?

The Q-Line support package includes assurance, service visits and preventative maintenance. Q-Line assurance includes a remote pre-delivery call and an on-site visit for device installation, plus a follow-up call 5-6 weeks after the visit. Preventive maintenance will be performed on-site by a Field Service Engineer (FSE) once a year. Please note that IQ/OQ/IPV services are available as an additional option and must be purchased separately.
