We recommend using the Qiagen Plasmid Plus Midi Kit for plasmid extraction.

For sequencing, we recommend using our Rapid Barcoding kits with the Rapid sequencing V14 - Plasmid sequencing (SQK-RBK114.24 or SQK-RBK114.96) protocol.
