Which extraction method(s) do you recommend for direct RNA sequencing?

Please consult the Extraction protocols section on the Nanopore Community for our validated extraction methods.

If you cannot find an appropriate protocol for your RNA application on the Nanopore Community, the general recommendation for extraction is a Trizol-based or TRI-reagent extraction.
