I’m unable to factory reset my Mk1C using a microSD card

  1. Check what operating system your Mk1C is currently using with the FAQ here. If your Mk1C is using Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial) you will need to use a specific 16.04->18.04 image due to the limitations of operating system.

  2. Check the operating system in the image matches the current operating system on your Mk1C. (i.e. ‘sdcard_220111-1123_21.11.6_bionic_std_upgd.img’).

  3. Usually failure to recognise the microSD card is due to accidentally missing a step so please confirm all the steps in the tutorial video have been followed.

  4. If your issue is still unresolved then please reach out to our Technical Support team.
