How to place an order

How to place an order

To proceed with your order, it's necessary to be logged into your account. If you don't currently have an account, kindly refer to the step-by-step guide titled "How do I create an account?" for assistance.

You can use our Live Support chat at any time during your order creation for support.

To place an order, first find the items you're interested in by using the store search tool.

Or choose from our product menu. The search within this list is specific to the chosen product type.

From the menu product list once you've found what you're looking for, click on the 'buy' button. This will direct you to a product page.

Selecting a product from the Store Search will directly open the product page.

Here, you can specify the quantity of the item you want and decide between any choices offered on a product if applicable. The product pages offer additional information to help decide whether the product will meet your needs, either as tabs on the page or downloadable PDFs

After you've made your selection and are satisfied with it, simply click on the 'Add to basket' button. The product will briefly appear at the top of your screen, allowing access to the View Basket and Checkout buttons and then be in the basket icon.

Once you have all the products you need in your basket, you can either proceed directly to the checkout or opt to create a quote, which you can email directly to your inbox.

To place an order, you'll need to follow a series of checkout steps. These will include agreeing to the Nanopore terms and conditions and choosing your payment method.

- If you choose to pay by purchase order you will need to upload your purchase order and enter the purchase order reference your organisation uses.

- If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, you'll be redirected to a separate webpage where you can securely enter your card information.

The final step, step 9, provides a summary of your order. It's crucial to review all the information carefully to ensure its correct before you submit your order.

After you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will include your order number, details about the items you've bought, your delivery schedule, and your chosen payment method.

To monitor the status of your order, kindly navigate to the 'My Account' section on our website. You will receive a notification before your items are dispatched. After dispatch, a tracking number will be provided to you for further updates.
