- Information for DNA QC was updated in all relevant sections. Figures and Tables provided show results using the current Ligation Sequencing Kit V14 (SQK-LSK114) and R10.4.1 Flow Cells.
- The document was formatted so that all sections are visible on the left panel for navigation.
- New subsections were included: 'Recommendation for DNA starting input for the Ligation Sequencing Kit V14' and 'Recommendation for DNA library loading input on the flow cell'.
- The section on Input RNA QC was formatted to align with the DNA section.
