Plasmid DNA extraction method


Please note: The data displayed below was generated using one of our legacy kits. Our current kit chemistry is still compatible with the outlined extraction kit.

Oxford Nanopore Technologies have tested the method linked below to extract plasmid DNA. The extracted samples were sequenced using the Plasmid Sequencing (using SQK-RBK004) protocol on MinION Flow Cells.

For our current method, please follow the Rapid sequencing V14 - Plasmid sequencing (SQK-RBK114.24 or SQK-RBK114.96) protocol.

Below is an example of data generated from extracted plasmid DNA using the EPI2ME platform.
