EPI2ME everywhere


Abstract

The EPI2ME team has published an extensive set of analysis workflows and developed an application that enables comprehensive data analysis that is accessible to all, from any location. With the introduction of a cloud-based platform and ongoing development of end-to-end solutions for diverse applications, this update highlights recent enhancements to our workflow suite and outlines how we are empowering our customers to get the most out of their nanopore data analysis.

Biography

Dr. Sirisha Hesketh is a Clinical Bioinformatician in the Customer Workflows team at Oxford Nanopore Technologies, who is also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Clinical Scientist. In her role, she focuses on developing and maintaining EPI2ME workflows for various sequencing applications. Previously, she spent nearly a decade working in a diagnostic laboratory within the NHS and draws on the insights and experiences gained during this time to drive innovation and improve genomics workflows in her current role at Oxford Nanopore Technologies.
