GridION Q
On-demand sequencing for applied purposes.
ISO9001-qualified Q-Line GridION sequencing device from Oxford Nanopore delivers all of the benefits of real-time, on-demand Oxford Nanopore sequencing in a fixed configuration and standardised format — enabling the implementation of routine, long-term workflows for in-house validated assays.
Is Q-Line right for me?
Fixed configuration Q-Line products are suitable for all long-term, internally validated sequencing workflows where rapid and reliable results are required, including:
Pharmaceutical research
Clinical research
Veterinary diagnostics
Environmental monitoring
Outbreak surveillance
Sequencing devices
GridION Q
A fixed configuration version of the powerful and flexible benchtop Oxford Nanopore sequencing system with integrated compute and Q-Line software.
With the capacity to run five independent MinION Flow Cells on demand, the GridION Q offers the same flexibility and specification as the established GridION platform, but with fixed software and chemistry updates — allowing users to setup robust, long-term, in-house validated sequencing workflows. Integrated high-performance GPUs provide streamlined and real-time data analysis

)
Q-Line Ligation Sequencing Kit
A versatile library preparation kit combining high sequencing yield and control over read length with streamlined, automatable processing.
)
Q-Line Native Barcoding Expansion
Enabling up to 24 samples to be run on a single flow cell, this kit allows maximum data generation and lowers the cost per sample. As PCR is not required, samples can be multiplexed without loss of base modification information.
)
Q-Line Rapid Barcoding Kit
A simple and rapid library preparation method, with barcoding for up to 96 genomic DNA samples.
)
Q-Line Flow Cell Wash Kit
This kit enables you to wash and reuse flow cells for multiple successive runs, maximising your sequence data across the life of the flow cell.
)
Q-Line Cas9 Sequencing Kit
This kit offers comprehensive targeted sequencing of genomic regions using CRISPR-Cas9 — empowering you in regulated environments to verify both on- and off-target editing events in cell lines. As an alternative to targeted locus amplification (TLA), which has difficulty with off-target detection and structural variant identification, this kit offers long read lengths spanning insertion sites and does not require primers or amplification.
