Restriction enzyme Pore-C sample preparation and extraction protocols
The restriction Pore-C protocol is intended for the manipulation of cell suspensions to capture three-dimensional interactions of DNA within chromatin. When sequencing using Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing platforms, Pore-C can enable native sequencing of chromatin conformation capture extracts whilst retaining DNA base modifications. Any sample prepared using the following sample preparation protocols may be used as input. Please refer to the Restriction Enzyme Pore-C info sheet for information regarding the most appropriate restriction enzyme, sequencing kit for library preparation and sample input.
