The MPGI is equipped with a PromethION P24 and can perform any Oxford Nanopore applications, with a seasoned expertise in Adaptive Sampling applied to real-time oncology. The MPGI offer bio-informatics services and can develop new analysis pipelines in order to extract meaningful information tailored to clients' research questions.
