Genome Institute of Singapore

Working closely with A*STAR's newly established iCORE Genomics function, in addition to expertise in sequencing of Oxford Nanopore long reads, we also bring together vast experience in nucleic acid extractions, library preparation, next-generation-sequencing (NGS), microarray and bioinformatics to deliver end-to-end genomics solutions for research and industry partners. Our partnership enables access to iCORE's suite of platforms and technologies, encompassing proteomics, microscopy, immunomapping, histopathology and flow cytometry. Each function backed by experienced technical teams, supports researchers, academia, and industry partners in training, consultation and study design and services. This integrated approach accelerates outcomes tailored to research objectives, aiming to deliver greater value across the research ecosystem. Investigators from all disciplines will be able to leverage GIS' collaborative links, strong sequencing facility, technology platforms and novel computational analytics, to create scientific and societal impact.
