PAG 30: Plant & Animal Genome Conference

San Diego , United States

The goal of Oxford Nanopore Technologies is to enable the analysis of anything, by anyone, anywhere. Offering unrestricted read lengths, nanopore sequencing enables reference-quality assembly of the largest and most complex plant and animal genomes, while direct sequencing of native DNA or RNA allows simultaneous identification of modifications, e.g., methylation.

We're excited to invite you to booth #307 for the latest product news and to learn about ORG.one. This project, supported by Oxford Nanopore Technologies, is designed to enable the rapid sequencing of any critically-endangered species. Org.one aims to develop an active, distributed community of researchers to support the generation and communication of open data for conservation genomics, as well as ensuring local community involvement.

Please also join us for our nanopore sequencing workshop, 'Near, far and farm' on Monday, 16th January at 4:00 PM. Hear leading researchers present their latest work demonstrating the advantages and novel applications of nanopore sequencing, including how Oxford Nanopore's ORG.one project is supporting the analysis and conservation of endangered species. Click here to register.

We look forward to seeing you in San Diego!
