Oxford Nanopore Technologies : Full color genomics for immunogenetics research

At Oxford Nanopore, our real-time sequencing technology is unique as it enables direct, single molecule sensing. The ability to read native DNA or RNA truly disrupts translational research as it reveals the full picture of the biological information nucleic acids hold, from genomics, to transcriptomics, to epigenetics.

Our ASHI user group will showcase the innovative uses of robust nanopore technology in the field of immunogenetics. For clinical researchers, immunologists, biomarker discovery scientists, collaborators, and potential partners, this session will highlight use cases of nanopore technology in new approaches to research into HLA typing and histocompatibility.
