How do I prevent DNA shearing during library preparation?

To preserve long-lengths of DNA input/libraries we recommend mixing your sample and reagents very gently. Use of wide-bore pipette tips will also assist in mitigating DNA shearing during your sample and library preparation. Additionally, always follow the sample storage recommendations in our documentation for optimal results.
