How to arrange a collection and return your used flow cells
Please use the return bag(s) sent to you with a recent order, if you do not have any return bags, request more below. The return bag does not need to be full to send the flow cells back, however, please read the following information before returning any flow cells.

To continue with your return please make sure you have:
✔ only used extraction materials in the flow cells
✔ not used the flow cells for liquid biopsy

Contaminated flow cells?
If you you think your flow cells are contaminated, you need to flush clean them before you return them to us. Find out how to flush your flow cells:
