Flow cell returns
How to arrange a collection and return your used flow cells
Please use the return bag(s) sent to you with a recent order. If you do not have any return bags, request more below. The return bag does not need to be full to send the flow cells back.
To continue with your return please make sure you have:
- only used extraction materials in the flow cells
- not used the flow cells for liquid biopsy
If any of the above statements are false, you will have a contaminated flow cell. Please contact our Returns specialists who can either provide you with a flushing protocol or record that you are unable to return your flow cells to us.
