Oxford Nanopore MinION Applications: Kits and Tools, Genetics and Metagenomics

The Applications team at Oxford Nanopore has two overarching responsibilities: creation and development of sample and library preparation protocols for a wide variety of sample types, and undertaking biological projects which highlight the various strengths of Oxford Nanopore’s technology. Much of this work is carried out in close collaboration with the Metrichor team. In this presentation I will introduce some of our latest sample and library preparation developments, and will describe some of our recent projects and results. This will include imminent releases to the MAP community through new kits and Metrichor applications.
