Renew Biotechnologies provides end-to-end Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing services for genomic, epigenomic, and transcriptomic applications. Our services include whole-genome sequencing, native DNA methylation sequencing, targeted genomic and methylation sequencing, direct RNA sequencing, cDNA sequencing, and specialized long-read applications.

Using Oxford Nanopore sequencing, Renew supports researchers from experimental design and sample preparation through library preparation, sequencing, bioinformatics, and data delivery. Our capabilities enable the analysis of genomic variation, structural variation, native DNA methylation, full-length transcripts, isoforms, and other complex molecular features.
