Our Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing service covers a wide range of applications, including ultra-long whole genome sequencing, targeted genomes via adaptive sampling, long-read RNA-seq and direct RNA sequencing. We support projects from experimental design through library preparation, sequencing and primary data analysis.
