Oxford Nanopore at the European Association for Cancer Research Congress 2026
The 2026 Annual Congress of the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR 2026) is a four day congress dedicated to basic, preclinical and translational cancer research across a wide breadth of topics. It will highlight the latest research and bring together the cancer research community to inspire innovation and build knowledge, connections and collaborations.
Meet the Oxford Nanopore team at Booth 117 We will also be hosting a Industry Sponsored Symposium 6 on Tuesday 9th June at 8.30am in rooms F6, F7, F8. Speaker, presentation details and registration below. Please register to save your seat.

Nanopore-Enabled RNA Liquid Biopsy: Research into Early Detection, Disease Monitoring, and Precision Oncology | Daniel Kim, Principal Investigator / Team Leader | University of California, Santa Cruz |
Speaker
Liquid biopsy is an emerging field that uses blood-based assays to noninvasively detect and monitor disease by analyzing circulating nucleic acids. Long-read nanopore sequencing of cell-free RNA has the potential to expand expands this approach by capturing full-length transcripts and uncovering dynamic, pathway-level tumor biology to complement DNA-based methods.
