- In section 2, 'Equipment and consumables', image of the Ultra-Long Sequencing Kit (SQK-ULK114) format where Precipitation Stars (PS) should not be used was removed as the current kit uses improved PS. And the kit image for the single-use tube format of the Ligation Sequencing Kit (SQK-LSK114) was removed as this is no longer applicable. A Table was added detailing the number of vials and fill volumes for the Sequencing Auxiliary Vials (EXP-AUX003). A snippet on 'Check your flow cell' was added.
- In the sections on, 'Priming and loading the library on the PromethION Flow Cell', an option to complete a flow cell check was added.
- In the 'Troubleshooting' section, video links for MinION Flow Cell loading were replaced with PromethION Flow Cell loading.
