Madeline Page is a bioinformatician in the Ebbert Lab at the University of Kentucky’s Sanders-Brown Center on Aging. Her focus is on using long-read transcriptomics data to identify potential biomarker targets for neurodegenerative diseases, specifically Alzheimer's disease. She is additionally interested in studying the differences in RNA isoform expression between tissue types and determining the different functions of isoforms from the same gene.
