London Calling is Oxford Nanopore’s largest annual conference, where users of our DNA/RNA sequencing technology come together to share their work.

We’re delighted to host a fully-funded, one-day STEM event on Wednesday 20th May, dedicated to inspiring the next generation of scientists.

The day will provide insight on what it’s like to work in a scientific technology company. Students will have the opportunity to get hands-on with the tech, hear from scientists using it around the world, and talk to them about their work.

Applications from UK based schools, are now open for the STEM event at London Calling 2026. Please complete and submit the form to apply.
