Extraction protocols
New England Biolabs® (NEB) support for ORG.one participants

ORG.one and NEB® have partnered to enhance support for conservation efforts. NEB will support ORG.one participants through the provision of extractions and library preparation reagents.
All participants will be asked if they would like NEB support following a successful ORG.one application. Participants can receive the following extraction kits:
Monarch® Spin gDNA Extraction Kit #T3010G (10 preps)
Monarch® HMW DNA Extraction Kit for Cells & Blood #T3050G (5 preps)
Monarch® HMW DNA Extraction Kit for Tissue #T3060G (5 preps)
Participants can also receive the NEBNext® Companion Module v2 for Oxford Nanopore Technologies® Ligation Sequencing #E7672S (24 rxns).
Extraction Protocols
The Nanopore Community also provides details of validated extraction protocols for a number of species, which will guide you through extracting DNA from samples in preparation for nanopore sequencing.
