Networking
Networking is at the core of London Calling. Aligned with breakouts and posters, our networking sessions bring the right people together because breakthroughs rarely happen in isolation. Exchange ideas, build relationships and be a part of the community pushing science forward, together.

Posters
Our poster sessions are designed for interaction. Step into the details, ask questions, and exchange ideas directly with the people behind the data. Explore work at your own pace and make connections beyond the main stage.

Breakouts
Breakout sessions run throughout the London Calling agenda, giving you the chance to craft an agenda of talks that interest you most. Themed around real application areas, these sessions are intimate and focused to create room for deeper discussion, shared challenges, and practical insights from peers working in the same space.
From thought-provoking keynotes to interactive discussions, London Calling brings the nanopore community together to share practical methods, data, and new ideas — whether you attend in person or online.
Three days built for learning, problem-solving, and collaboration
London Calling isn’t just about what you learn from speakers on the stage; it’s about the people you meet, the discussions you have, and the insights you take home with you.
Across posters, breakout sessions, and dedicated networking opportunities, there’s space for collaborations to spark and ideas to ignite. Dive into data with the people that generated it, explore application-focused sessions, or connect with others to unlock answers to similar challenges.
Connect with some of the brightest minds in the field. Explore the latest breakthroughs in Oxford Nanopore sequencing, and dive into the cutting-edge research shaping the future of science.

What's new at London Calling?
New for London Calling 2026, the Technical Zones offer drop‑in support from Oxford Nanopore technical and bioinformatics teams across key application areas, with no pre‑booking required. Whether you’re working with adaptive sampling, transcriptomics, or whole‑genome sequencing, these zones are designed for focused, practical conversations — giving delegates the chance to discuss challenges, explore approaches, and get insight directly from experts, on their own terms.
Additionally, the Tech Hub creates space for deeper, one‑to‑one discussions with Oxford Nanopore subject matter experts across five core themes for 2026: data analysis, clinical research applications, high‑throughput sequencing, experimental design, and sample and library preparation.
Meetings will be able to be booked in advance when you register to attend the event, making it easier to have targeted conversations that relate directly to your research questions and workflows, onsite.
