There are a number of partner organisations that enable ORG.one to operate and function as effectively as it does, and that will continue to ensure its growth and success into the future as conservation efforts become increasingly important to ensuring the survival of an ever growing list of critically endangered species.
US sequencing hub and core member, they are able to provide expertise and sequencing capacity and are able to accept samples to enable access to PromethION. They are building a new conservation genomics teaching course with ORG.one as the central dataset.
Genomic conservation is still an underused utility, the Natural History Museum, London is aiming to provide a bridge to the conservation outcomes that are the core of the project. NHM London are providing expertise, samples, and networks to ORG.one.
EMBL's European Bioinformatics Institute are kindly hosting the data for the project.
UK sequencing hub and core member, they are able to provide expertise and sequencing capacity and are able to accept samples to enable access to PromethION.
European sequencing hub and core member, CNAG provide expertise and sequencing capacity and are able to accept samples to enable access to PromethION.
