Unlocking Nanopore Data Analysis with EPI2ME

Participants will learn to analyse nanopore sequencing data using the EPI2ME software in this all-day workshop. The EPI2ME desktop application streamlines bioinformatics with an intuitive graphical interface, allowing for seamless analysis locally, on your device, or in the cloud. EPI2ME's user-friendly pipelines are accessible to all, requiring no prior bioinformatics skills.

What You'll Learn:

The workshop will cover three essential workflows, followed by an interactive Q&A session:

  1. Human Variation: identify and analyze genomic and epigenomic variations in human DNA
  2. Single Cell: analyze single-cell gene expression data and create UMAP plots
  3. Metagenomics: analyze microbial communities and assess alpha diversity

Hands-On Experience:

Participants will engage in practical sessions with EPI2ME, learning to generate and interpret detailed reports and outputs.

Who Should Attend:

Anyone interested in analysing nanopore data with best-practice pipelines. No command line experience required.

Requirements:

  • Bring your own laptop with a Chrome web browser.

Unlock the full potential of your nanopore sequencing data by joining us for this informative session.
