Why do I get slightly different results from Guppy when I run on different platforms or with different GPUs?
Guppy should provide completely deterministic and repeatable results for a given platform, operating system, GPU, and GPU driver, but its output may be slightly different if any of those things change.
The overall basecall results should be very similar, and in most cases completely identical.
