What happens to the data on EPI2ME after the analysis is complete?
Raw data files remain owned by the user and will not be accessed by Oxford Nanopore. Long-term storage is available on an opt-in basis and can be opted-out at any time.
Telemetry / Metadata generated during analyses are retained for reporting and performance-monitoring purposes.
