My reads aren't uploading to EPI2ME, what can I do?

During runs both MinKNOW and the EPI2ME Agent require access to AWS. The IP ranges are listed in the computer requirements page. Please ensure you have the IPs whitelisted and port access as described in the requirements.

You can check access to AWS using the AWS reachability test page.
