VolTRAX Sequencing Kit (VSK-VSK004)
The VolTRAX Sequencing Kit (VSK-VSK004) is an upgrade to the VSK-VSK003 and generates sequencing libraries from extracted gDNA in 5-10 minutes of hands-on time plus 45 minutes of automation. At the heart of the kit is a transposase-based rapid chemistry.
Due to the simple nature of the workflow and the precision of fluid handling on the VolTRAX V2b platform, the consistency in the performance of libraries generated with this kit is greater than with other kits and is less affected by user familiarity with library preparation.
