Is the barcoding kit compatible with cDNA libraries?
Barcoding is compatible with any double-stranded DNA product.
Barcodes can be added through PCR or by native barcoding when the user has generated their own cDNA. See the protocols page for a full list of barcoding protocols.
Our PCR-cDNA Barcoding Kit allows you to multiplex 24 samples in a single library.
