Where are my VolTRAX log files?

The VolTRAX log files are located in:

C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\VolTRAX\run\*run_date*\*run_date_and_time*

The words surrounded by asterisks need to be replaced with the appropriate information.

The "AppData" folder is a hidden folder, so to see this you will need to check the "Hidden items" box under the view tab in file explorer, or click "search windows" and then type in "%AppData%" (without the quotation marks).

This will land you automatically in the following folder:

C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming

You will then need to navigate to the parent "AppData" folder and then to Local\VolTRAX\run.

You should be able to find the logs in this location. Please provide us with both the "voltrax.xxxx.log" and "xxx.bulk" files for further investigation.
