Where are my log files, for GridION/PromethION?

All logs can be collected as a compressed file by using the MinKNOW GUI: Host Settings -> Help -> Export logs

If the UI is inaccessible and you have access to the terminal locally or via SSH, you can export the logs with the following command:

sudo /opt/ont/mooneye/bin/ont-mooneye-save-logs

The default location for all log files to be saved to when running the above command is:
