When will you send my invoice?

Invoices are generated and electronically sent to the finance email address we have on your account. You can check this contact information here. Invoices are sent when the goods have been dispatched.

However, we can provide a pro-forma invoice prior to shipment. Please contact us to request a pro-forma invoice.

Your invoices will also be viewable and downloadable on your My Account.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms at 30 days from the date of invoice.
