There is no cost to you, for returning your flow cells. Once you are finished with your flow cells, please follow one of the two options detailed below:

If you have a flow cell box, please visit this page on the Community for more information on how to arrange a return/collection.

If you have a flow cell bag, that was included in the delivery of your order, please scan the QR code for more information on how to arrange a return/collection
