Methylation and fragment analysis of native cfDNA reveals tissue of origin and nucleosome features

For the first time, methylation signatures have been identified in native cell-free DNA using Oxford Nanopore’s short-read sequencing mode, allowing genome-wide methylation patterns to be deduced.
