In this Knowledge Exchange, Stéphane will talk about:
- the work in the core facility on eukaryote functional genomics
- generating full length transcripts sequence using nanopore sequencing
- progression towards performing differential analysis of gene regulation at the transcript isoform level without any transcript model inferences.
Stéphane Le Crom is Professor of Genomics at Pierre et Marie Curie University (UPMC, Paris, France). His research interests focus on functional genomics, quality controlled and reproducible bioinformatics analysis and core facilities management. Since 2014 he is responsible for a network of life sciences and health facilities at UPMC.
