Please join us for a series of webinars featuring talks from the Oxford Nanopore Technologies team and also provide an opportunity to hear from guest speakers about their research using nanopore sequencing technology.

During this seminar we first heard from Heather Stark, Strategic Account Manager, Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd., who gave an overview of the platform before we were joined by Christopher Watson, St. James's University Hospital, and Belen de la Morena-Barrio, University of Murcia, who both presented their latest research using nanopore sequencing.

During this seminar we heard from Anthony Doran, Technical Services Specialist, Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd., who gave an overview of the platform before we were joined by Julie Orjuela, IRD, and Pay Giesselmann, Max-Planck-Institute for Molecular Genetics, who both presented their analysis tools.

 

Targeted sequencing with Oxford Nanopore Technologies

During this seminar we heard from Frederieke Koller, Strategic Relationship Manager- Benelux, Oxford Nanopore Technologies, who will gave an overview of the platform. Following this we heard from Anupama Chandramouli, Technical Services Specialist, Oxford Nanopore Technologies, who presented the latest Cas-9 updates.

We were then joined by guest speakers Thidathip Wongsurawat, Mahidol University, and Alexander Payne, University of Nottingham, who each presented their latest research using nanopore sequencing.

 

RNA part II: Isoform Detection

During this webinar we heard from Daniel Garalde, Market Development Manager, Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd., who will gave an overview of the platform before we were then joined by guest speakers, Susan Carpenter from the University of California Santa Cruz, and Simon Hardwick, from Weill Cornell Medicine, who presented their latest research using nanopore sequencing.
