Wed 5th July 2017
During this Knowledge Exchange, Dr Marcus Stoiber, a computational biologist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, will present the nanoraw software package, which he authored. He will present how nanoraw resolves raw signal with a genomic alignment and provides a testing framework for the de novo identification of modified nucleotides. He will also detail the basecRAWller software package for the streaming basecalling directly from raw signal. Marcus continues to develop software which allows maximal utilization of raw nanopore sequencing data in a wide array of applications.
Join us to:
Find out about the nanoraw algorithm and what can (and can't) it do
See common nanoraw pipeline examples
Hear about practical considerations when running nanoraw
The presentation will be followed by online Q&As using the comments section below.
