High-throughput targeted long-read single cell sequencing reveals the clonal and transcriptional landscape of lymphocytes
In this pre-print, Singh et al. describe a novel high-throughput sequencing method, RAGE-seq (Repertoire And Gene Expression sequencing), which they used to characterise full-length TCR and BCR sequences and transcriptional profiles of more than 7,138 individual lymphocytes. They demonstrate RAGE-seq is accessible and cost-effective for high-throughput single-cell profiling.
