We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Operations team.
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks including, organising corporate travel, credit card reconciliations, meeting set-up and arrangements and general admin tasks relating to health and safety.
Other responsibilities include:
- Answering the Oxford main phone line
- Managing and organising bi-annual staff parties
- Ordering business cards
- Cycle to work scheme for employees
- Providing cover for other team members if needed
What We're Looking For...
We’ll expect you to have a background in administrative and office work with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and an eye for detail. You have a focus on your customers at all times and are a great communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
You know your way around Microsoft office, can work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure and enjoy using your initiative to aid decision making. In addition, you understand the importance of taking a confidential approach.
This role will suit someone interested in working for a fast-paced global organisation who enjoys interacting and engaging with their customer base as well as being an active and collaborative team member.
